Hi, I'm Cody Nagy — Senior Manager of Customer Success and someone who's been part of the team for over eight years, going back to my start at PROS. I started as an Implementation Consultant deploying solutions for customers like you, moved into Customer Adoption where I helped teams get the most out of their pricing tools, and now lead Customer Success. I've been on this journey with many of you, and I'm excited to be here as we bring the PROS community into its new home at Conga. I’d like to start by welcoming you. Whether you've been with PROS for years or are just getting started, we're glad you're here in the Conga Customer Community.
As you may know, PROS is now part of the Conga family, and with that comes a new community experience, extended learning resources, excellent support, and more. We know change can feel overwhelming, especially when the tools and resources you rely on are shifting. That's exactly why we created this post: to give you one clear place to understand what's moving, when, and where to go in the meantime.
Why We’re Excited About the Community
At Conga, we say "All roads lead to Community" and we mean it. The Conga Customer Community is where you'll find support, training, product updates, peer connections, and a direct line to shape our product roadmap. For those of you joining from PROS, this is now your central hub too.
What Does this Mean for You?
We're bringing PROS resources into the Conga ecosystem in phases (not all at once). That means for a period of time, some of your go-to resources will still be in their familiar locations while others move to their new home. Here's how to think about it:
If You're Joining from PROS
Many of the resources you know and use are still available in their current locations. Nothing disappears overnight — when a resource moves here, your new home, we'll let you know.
Here's a quick reference for where things stand right now:
- Support: Continue to access PROS Support through PROS Connect
- If you’re new to Connect, you’ll be able register here
- Any questions or issues registering can be directed to connectsupport@pros.com
- PROS University/Training: Your current PROS University courses remain available; therefore, training content is being migrated to the Conga Learning Center, and we'll update this post when it's live
- Product Ideas: The UserVoice platform for PROS Ideas will be retired. Submit new ideas directly through the Conga Customer Community Ideas portal
- Product Updates: Stay current on releases and announcements by visiting the Product Updates section in the Conga Customer Community
- Knowledge Base and Documentation: Existing PROS documentation is still accessible via PROS Connect, so as content migrates, you'll find it through the community's global search at the top of each page

Welcome! The Conga Customer Community is your single destination for everything, including support, training, product updates, ideas, and peer connections. At Conga, all roads lead to community, and this is your starting point. Check out our Welcome to Community page to get oriented.
Migration Timeline: What’s Moving and When
We're rolling out changes in phases so nothing breaks and you always know where to go. Below is a high-level view of the migration journey. Timing is approximate and may shift — we'll keep this post updated as milestones are reached.

| Now! | Community Launch and PROS Ideas Migration | The Conga Customer Community is live and your new hub. The UserVoice platform for PROS Ideas is retired — submit ideas through the Community Ideas portal instead. |
| Phase 1 | PROS University → Conga Learning Center | Training content will migrate to the Conga Learning Center. Your existing PROS University access continues until the migration is complete. |
| Phase 2 | Environment Migration | Backend environments are consolidated. You may see updated URLs or login flows — we'll communicate any action required ahead of time. |
| Coming Soon | Status Page | A consolidated status page for all products. |
| Coming Soon | Legacy PROS Support Experience Transition | The legacy PROS support portal will transition to Conga's support experience. Until then, continue using your current PROS support channel. |
